Women in Tech

While North Carolina ranks #1 in women in tech positions (according to NC STIR), there remains significant opportunity to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplaces. NC TECH’s Women in Tech programs invite members to join meaningful conversations about empowering women in technology — exploring the current landscape, inspiring girls to pursue STEM, and challenging the status quo in the workplace. 

As part of this effort, NC TECH is proud to offer Lean In Circles — small, peer-based groups where women connect, share experiences, and support each other’s professional and personal growth. Circles provide a space for mentorship, learning, and leadership development while helping participants navigate challenges with insight and community.
