The Charlotte Collaborative Network (CCN) is a new effort intended to strengthen NC TECH’s presence and impact in the greater Charlotte region, expand membership, deepen partnerships, and build a connected, visible, and thriving technology ecosystem.
NC TECH members and partners have identified key focus areas for regional engagement, leading to the launch of CCN to coordinate efforts and accelerate progress.
Regional Strategic Priorities
Membership Growth
- Expand membership by strengthening engagement with existing members and recruiting new members in the greater Charlotte region.
- Reinforce NC TECH’s value proposition through consistent outreach, visibility, and participation opportunities.
Leadership Representation
- Increase Charlotte representation on NC TECH’s Board of Directors, Board of Advisors, and Ambassadors.
- Identify and cultivate local leaders to elevate Charlotte’s voice in statewide strategy and governance.
Regional Outreach
- Execute a coordinated outreach campaign across the greater Charlotte area to raise awareness of NC TECH’s mission, programs, and member benefits.
- Leverage regional champions, social media, and partner channels to extend NC TECH’s reach and brand visibility.
Collaboration + Ecosystem Building
- Collaborate with local tech companies, entrepreneurs, economic development organizations, and academic institutions to unite and strengthen Charlotte’s technology ecosystem.
- Build connections that reinforce Charlotte’s position as a key innovation hub within North Carolina’s statewide tech economy.
Programming + Engagement
- Deliver impactful programming in Charlotte that enhances member value and fosters a strong sense of community.
- Host events, roundtables, and learning sessions that reflect regional priorities and complement NC TECH’s statewide offerings.
